Fed up of midweek blues, then Fear not. We have created a playlist on Spotify for you to listen too. The idea being, each week 5 new songs are added to get you motived and out of that midweek dip.  #wigglewednesday is a great way of shaking about your booty and having a laugh. You wont even notice the exercise you’re doing.

Every Wednesday I add a new video to match it to social media. If you have have any suggestions of songs then please let me know 🙂

Our monthly walk!

Its really important to know that there is someone out there to have a chat too. Especially during a weight loss journey.  So every month Laura organises a different walk across the county. We have so covered Camelford, Tehidy, Cameltrail and Cardinham woods. The next walk is the long Celtic Siblyback Lake, on the 30th October at 11am.

We always walk as a group. Even if one person needs a rest then we all stop. Unfortunately parking isn’t free but we will be heading for a coffee and a natter straight after, at the lovely coffee shop.
