Shout out to participants of Cornwall Can.
For those of you who aren’t aware, losing weight is extremely difficult. At times it can be an uphill battle, especially if you feel like you have tried every avenue and diet possible. This is why we are so proud of every single person that is signed up to Cornwall Can. They really are showing determination, motivation and how much hard work it takes to change your ways. Collectively they have now lost 530lb between them in just under 5 months! Which is just incredibly inspiring! please keep up the excellent work!
Men’s Health Month-Movember
Throughout the month of November, we are teaming up with Movember to raise awareness of mental and physical health conditions in men. The reason is simple, men are notoriously terrible for letting any one know there is a problem. Suicide rates across the younger men across the county are on the rise, as is type 2 diabetes and cancer. As a result, men are dying far too young, in fact much younger than women. Therefore out social media pages this month will be a lot of painted on moustache to raise awareness.
Laura is also a designated Mo-Sista and will be running/ walking 60 km over the month to raise awareness of the 60 men we loss to suicide each hour, every hour across the UK.

Thank you to all that attended the community walk at Sibly Back Lake. We walked just under 3 miles in the glorious sunshine. A big well done, the the girls who then went to play hockey!
Our next community walk will be towards the end of November at Lanhydrock House. Details to follow shortly!
The more the merrier to join- but because of the time of year, it may be weather dependent.
